On December 17, 2021, Robert Hohler of The Boston Globe wrote the first in a series of articles chronicling the assaults a Woburn teenager experienced at his high school and the aftermath his family has endured in pursuit of justice. Attorney Hahn is quoted in the article.
Attorney Hahn prevailed at the Bureau of Special Education Appeals with an order for the Weston Public Schools to fund a student’s transition assessment as an Independent Educational Evaluation.
Attorney Hahn argued successfully before the Supreme Judicial Court in Wallace W. v Commonwealth, 482 Mass. 789 (2019), regarding the definition of first offense of a minor misdemeanor for accused youth in juvenile delinquency proceedings in Juvenile Court. Children are now less likely to be charged with minor offenses.
“My daughter was suffering from depression and other serious ailments.
